CAR ACCIDENTS IN KENTUCKY

Motor vehicle accidents can completely change the lives of those involved. Unfortunately, more than 32,000 people are hurt in auto accidents in the state of Kentucky every year. These accidents often leave victims with severe injuries that require emergency medical attention. In many instances, victims have to go through months of therapy, rehabilitation, and various forms of treatment.

Although most drivers are careful and considerate while traveling, there are a significant number of people who suffer severe injuries and accidents. Due to the negligence of the people sharing the road. We see many people hurt in Kentucky crashes due to drivers who:

  • Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol while operating their vehicles

  • Are traveling above the posted speed limits under inclement weather conditions and on dangerous roadways

  • Who fail to yield the right of way to others

  • Who run red lights and past stop signs at intersections
