HOPKINSVILLE, KY – MAN FLOWN TO NASHVILLE HOSPITAL FOLLOWING FORKLIFT ACCIDENT ON HARRISON ST
Hopkinsville, KY (July 7, 2022) – One man was hospitalized with significant injuries following an accident in Christian County on Wednesday morning. On July 6, emergency crews were notified that an accident took place at Pennyrile Electric located on Harrison Street.
Reports provided by authorities show that a man was utilizing a forklift at the company during the morning hours when the forklift overturned.
The man suffered significant injuries as a result of the accident. He was transported by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center. He was then airlifted from the hospital and flown to a hospital in the Nashville area for emergency medical treatment.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
