At this time, the incident remains under investigation.

Our thoughts are with the victims injured in this accident. We hope for their full recovery.

CAR ACCIDENTS IN KENTUCKY

Motor vehicle accidents in Kentucky leave tens of thousands of people injured every year. These accidents can have immediate and long-term impacts on those involved. There are many cases where victims are left with painful injuries that require energy surgery. Some of the most common types of injuries that victims of car accidents in Kentucky suffer include:

  • Severe spinal cord injuries that lead to paralysis

  • Back injuries that make it difficult to lift, squat, and move freely

  • Broken bones that require surgery and lengthy therapy

  • Traumatic brain injuries that result in mental, physical, and emotional suffering

Victims who suffer these and other severe injuries have to go through extensive medical care. Some people remain in area hospitals for several days or even weeks after their accidents.

After victims are released, they often require therapy and other lengthy treatments. Although there are many treatment options available for victims, they come with no guarantee of a full recovery. Even more, there is no promise that victims will make a full recovery. Many people are left permanently disabled as a result of their injuries. Regrettably, the majority of motor vehicle accidents in our state are a result of drivers engaging in reckless and negligent actions. We constantly see victims harmed by drivers who are distracted, impaired, or speeding.

When people are hurt in auto wrecks due to the negligence of others, they may be able to obtain financial compensation by filing a personal injury claim against the at-fault driver. Working with a car accident lawyer in Greenville can provide you with the best chances of protecting your legal rights and getting justice.
