BOWLING GREEN, KY – TRUCK VS TRUCK CRASH ON RUSSELLVILLE RD NEAR STAMPS RD ENDS IN INJURIES
Bowling Green, KY (May 22, 2022) – A trucking accident that place in the Bowling Green area on Thursday evening ended in injuries. At around 5:50 p.m., on May 19, the police, firefighters, and emergency medical services were dispatched to the site of an auto collision on Russellville Road.
Reports from the Bowling Green Police Department indicate that two semi-trucks were involved in a collision on Russellville Road at the intersection of stamps Road during the evening hours. The crash caused delays in the South Union area just past Rockfield.
Emergency crews closed off a portion of the roadway as they worked to clear the incident.
Being emergency medical services provided treatment to injured victims on-site before transporting those in need of further care to area hospitals.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation at this time.
