BOWLING GREEN, KY – THREE-VEHICLE ACCIDENT ON E 12TH AVE NEAR CHESTNUT ST ENDS IN INJURIES
Bowling Green, KY (August 27, 2022) – An auto collision took place in the Bowling Green area on Friday morning that resulted in injuries. At around 9:20 a.m., on August 26, the Bowling Green Police Department in area firefighters were notified that a vehicle collision occurred on East 12th Avenue.
Preliminary investigations surrounding the crash show that a total of three vehicles collided on East 12th Avenue in the area near Chestnut Street. The crash blocked multiple lanes of the roadway. The crash caused significant delays in traffic throughout the area.
Injuries were reported as a result of this motor vehicle accident. Paramedics were called to the scene of the motor vehicle accident. Injured parties were provided medical treatment on-site before being transported by ambulance to area hospitals.
The Bowling Green Police Department is investigating the crash at this time to determine its cause.
