Car Accidents in Kentucky

After a motor vehicle accident, injured parties may be able to pursue personal injury cases against those who are at fault. Depending on the circumstances surrounding your crash, a car accident lawyer in Bowling Green may be able to help you secure compensation to cover:

  • Medical expenses

  • Long-term care costs

  • Lost wages

  • Lost earning capacity

  • Pain and suffering

  • Vehicle repair costs

In order to be successful with your personal injury case, you will need to demonstrate that the driver who is at fault engaged in some form of negligence or that another party’s negligence was the cause of your crash. This can include proving:

Driver Negligence: The majority of motor vehicle accidents that we see in Kentucky are a result of negligence or wrongdoing on behalf of the driver. This can include texting while driving, driving while impaired, or speeding.

Defective Parts: There are many cases where people are harmed in accidents as a result of defective and malfunctioning vehicle parts. This can be brake jams, accelerator issues, or even tire blowouts.

There are also instances where accidents are a result of defective roadways, heavy weather conditions, and even defective traffic signals.

No matter what is the cause of your accident, if the negligence of another party was the proximate cause of your accident, our lawyers will help you get justice. We will pursue a personal injury case against the wrongful party and demand that they give you compensation to cover your losses.
