BOWLING GREEN, KY – MOTORCYCLIST INJURED IN ACCIDENT ON I-65 NEAR MM 40
Bowling Green, KY (June 23, 2022) – A motorcycle accident reported in the Bowling Green area left one person injured. At around 4:10 p.m., on June 21, the Bowling Green Police Department, firefighters, and medical personnel responded to the scene of an auto accident on Interstate 65.
Reports from BGPD show that a motorcycle and a second unidentified vehicle collided on the northbound side of Interstate 65 near mile marker 40. The impact of the crash caused the rider to be ejected from his vehicle.
The motorcyclist sustained injuries as a result of the accident. Medical personnel rendered aid to the victim on-site before transporting him to a local hospital for further assistance.
