BOWLING GREEN, KY – MOTORCYCLIST INJURED IN COLLISION ON PORTER PIKE NEAR RIVENDELL
Bowling Green, KY (June 15, 2022) – A motorcycle accident reported in the Bowling Green area sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries. Just before noon on June 13, the Bowling Green Police Department and Bowling Green firefighters responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that took place on Porter Pike.
Reports provided by local authorities show that a motorcycle and a second vehicle collided in the 1000 block of Porter Pike. The accident caused delays in the area near Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Kentucky as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
Emergency medical services rendered aid to victims on site. Those in need of further care were transported to area hospitals.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
