BOWLING GREEN, KY – MOPED CRASH ON THREE SPRINGS RD NEAR NEAL HOWELL RD ENDS IN INJURIES
Bowling Green, KY (July 28, 2022) – A multi-vehicle collision occurred in the Bowling Green area on Tuesday that ended in injuries. Just after 4:30 p.m., on July 26, the Bowling Green Police Department responded to a crash that occurred on Three Springs Road.
Police reports indicate that a moped and two additional vehicles collided on Three Springs Road. The incident caused delays in the area before Neal Howell Road. Investigations found that a moped was traveling on the roadway when the vehicle slid into another lane and collided with an oncoming Audi. A third vehicle was also involved in the crash.
An off-duty EMT assisted at the scene until sheriffs arrived to take control of the situation. At least one person was transported to an area hospital, where they were provided medical treatment for their injuries.
The Bowling Green Police Department is investigating the crash at this time.
