Bowling Green, KY (May 27, 2022) – A auto collision that took place in the Bowling Green area on Wednesday evening left one person injured. At approximately 4:42 p.m., the Plano Volunteer Fire Department and police responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that took place on the Sylvia Way.

Reports provided by the Bowling Green police show that a collision blocked Sylvia Way at the intersection of Plano Road during the early evening hours. The incident resulted in confirmed injuries.

Medical personnel provided aid to victims at the scene of the crash as the police and firefighters worked to clear the area and restore the floor traffic.

The victim, who is reportedly a little girl riding a bicycle, suffered injuries as a result of the accident. The girl was transported to a local hospital for medical care.

The driver of the vehicle was arrested at the scene.

At this time, the police department is investigating the crash.
