BOWLING GREEN, KY – INJURIES REPORTED IN THREE-VEHICLE WRECK ON I-65 NEAR BARREN RIVER DAM
Bowling Green, KY (June 26, 2022) – At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further treatment of injuries following a crash on Saturday in the Bowling Green area. At around 7:50 p.m., on June 25, multiple agencies were requested to provide assistance at the scene of a major crash on Interstate 65.
Reports show that a red pickup truck, a Toyota Tundra pickup truck, and a Scion XB collided along the roadway near mile marker 70 at the Barren River Dam. The impact of the crash caused the Toyota Scion XB to go over the guardrail and land in a grassy area.
At least one person involved in the crash was transported to a local hospital with injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
