Bowling Green, KY – Injuries Reported in Auto Accident on Louisville Rd Near Interstate Dr
Bowling Green, KY (September 6, 2022) – A traffic-related accident took place on Tuesday morning in the Bowling Green area that resulted in confirmed injuries. Just before 11:40 a.m., on September 6, officers with the Bowling Green Police Department and Bowling Green firefighters responded to a car crash on Louisville Road.
Police reports show that a collision involving vehicles blocked Louisville Road in the area near Interstate Drive. Police and firefighters blocked off some of the road as they worked to secure the area and clear the wreckage.
Paramedics provided care to the parties who were hurt as a result of the crash. At least one person suffered injuries that required further medical attention. The patients were transported to area medical facilities where they were provided additional treatment as needed.
The Bowling Green Police Department is investigating the cause of the crash at this time.
