Bowling Green, KY – Child Struck by Vehicle Near Lee Pointe Condos on N Lee Dr
Bowling Green, KY (September 8, 2022) – A young child was hospitalized following a pedestrian accident that took place in the Bowling Green area on Wednesday evening. Just after 450 p.m., on September 7, the Bowling Green Police Department and firefighters were requested at the scene of an accident on North Lee Drive.
BGPD reports show that a 2-year-old child was struck by a vehicle near the Lee Pointe Condos, located on North Lee Drive.
The child suffered injuries due in the collision, and crews were called to the scene. Paramedics provided care to the victim at the scene before transporting the child to a local hospital for further care.
The Bowling Green Police Department is conducting an investigation into the cause of the collision at this time.
