BOWLING GREEN, KY – ACCIDENT WITH INJURIES REPORTED NEAR I-65 & I-165
Bowling Green, KY (April 5, 2022) – At least one person was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries following a motor vehicle accident on Monday in the Bowling Green area. At around 7:50 a.m., on April 4, the police and firefighters responded to the scene of a crash on Interstate 65.
Reports provided by authorities show that a dark-colored vehicle was involved in a collision with an unknown number of additional vehicles on the southbound side of Interstate 65 in the area of Interstate 165. The incident prompted crews to block the right side of the roadway just before exit 20.
At least one person involved in the accident was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries.
The police department in Bowling Green is currently investigating the crash.
