BOWLING GREEN, KY – ACCIDENT WITH INJURIES REPORTED AT MORGANTOWN RD & S SUNRISE DR
Bowling Green, KY (May 2, 2022) – Authorities in the Bowling Green area responded to the site of an auto accident that ended in injuries. At around 2:30 p.m., on April 30, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Morgantown Road.
Reports provided by authorities show that a collision between a white SUV and an unknown number of additional vehicles blocked the intersection of Morgantown Road and South Sunrise Drive. The incident prompted firefighters and the police to close off a portion of the roadway as they worked to clear the scene.
EMS rendered aid to victims on-site before transporting those in need of further care to area hospitals.
The crash is currently under investigation.
