BOWLING GREEN, KY – ACCIDENT AT MITCHEL MCCONNEL WAY & NASHVILLE RD ENDS IN INJURIES
Bowling Green, KY (May 3, 2022) – During the morning hours on Tuesday, the Bowling Green Police Department was dispatched to a crash that occurred on Mitch McConnell Way.
According to reports, just after 9:30 a.m., on May 3rd, emergency crews were notified that a crash occurred on Mitch McConnell way that blocked Nashville Road.
The police arrived on site to find an older model white pickup truck and a small light-colored SUV both suffering from extensive front-end damage. The two vehicles were blocking several lanes at the intersection. Multiple people stopped to assist at the scene.
EMS responded to the scene of the crash to provide medical care to injured parties. Victims who suffered severe injuries are transported by ambulance to area hospitals for further care.
At this time, the Bowling Green Police Department is investigating the crash.
